Sınıfta turşu kurarak fermantasyon nedir sorusuna cevaplar aradık. 2 hafta boyunca gözlem yaptık. Kavanozlarımızı açıp tadına baktık.

We found answers to the question of what is fermentation by establishing pickles in the classroom. We made observations for 2 weeks. We opened our jars and tasted them.
